Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (exluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Options: We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) via USPS,UPS or FedEX.
Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes,all sales are final.
We do not accept returns of exchanges on hair extensions,wigs, or custom items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
In such cases please contact us at Robair'srareexetnsions@gmail.com withing 3 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue.
